Part 1.

100pcs Heat Shrink Wire Terminals Kit Included:

• 40pcs x 22-18 AWG – HSC-1 Red
• 30pcs x 16-14 AWG – HSC-2 Blue
• 30pcs x 12-10 AWG – HSC-3 Yellow

Notice:

For best results, please use a hot air gun until it reduces in size and the adhesive flows, filling gaps within the terminal.

 

Specifications:

• Shrinkage ratio 3:1
• Dual-walled design tubing: polyolefin tubing on the outside and hot melt adhesive in inside
• Wire gauge imprint on connectors
• Minimum shrink temperature: 80°C
• No wire damage due to lower shrink temperature
• Full recovery temperature: 130°C

HOW TO USE:

1. Select heat shrink butt connector to suit wire size
2. Strip insulation to 8mm and insert into splice barrel
3. Crimp using the tool for pre-insulated connectors
4. Apply heat to the butt connector until tubing recovers, and adhesive flows from connector ends
5. For best results use a hot air gun and apply heat evenly until connector reduces in size, and the adhesive flows, filling gaps within the terminal
